Quick Guide
How to do the most common things in ATLAS
1Before you walk in, open the Company's Pre-Visit Brief — open deals, wallet share trend, satisfaction alerts, and competitor battlecards, all on one screen.
2Find or add the Company (Companies tab), then add its Plant if new.
3Open the Plant, tap GPS check-in, then start a New Survey.
4Log each Area, then add Assets (valves/pumps/CIP heads/tanks) inside it.
5Add up to 10 photos per asset — use the mic button to dictate Status/Proposal notes instead of typing.
6Photos also save to your phone's Photos app (, toggle in Display Settings).
7GPS check-out and Complete the Visit — you'll get 2 quick prompts: log satisfaction and review new opportunities.
8Next Actions you write down stay visible in This Week (Follow-up) until you tap Mark Done — the loop only closes when the work is actually finished.

1Every surveyed asset with an opportunity flag feeds the Dashboard's Deal Score list automatically.
2For deals not tied to one specific asset (e.g. heard about it before a survey), add an Opportunity directly from the Company's Opportunities tab.
3Set a Win Probability on Open opportunities — this feeds the weighted Forecast.
4When it closes, mark Won (fill in order details) or Lost (fill in the reason — you can push it straight to that competitor's Battlecard).

Can't find something? Use the search icon on the Dashboard — it searches across Companies, Plants, Assets, Contacts, Prospects, and Surveys at once.
All screens live under Tools, grouped as Sales & Territory, Reports & Analysis, Calculators, and Settings.
